As human beings, we are born into this world with sacred, God-given natural rights; Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness as so eloquently penned by Thomas Jefferson. However, since 1913, the Constitutional Republic our Founders blessed us with, has gradually been transformed into a democratic socialist society incapable of securing for us these God-given rights for which so many have fought and died.
The Constitution - which is the supreme law of the land - establishes the people as sovereign citizens, with a measure of responsibility to but not subjects of our government. The purpose of this website is to educate and help bring together the millions of like-minded
Americans AND provide a wake-up call to others, like minded or not, to the fact that the freedoms we claim to enjoy as Americans are in real danger of vanishing for ALL of us in an America of increasing "collectivism".
"We the People" clearly signifies that Americans are one people. Granted, we are 300 million of the world's most diverse, disfunctional, unruly, passionate and energetic people this world has ever seen - but regardless, a free and independent people united in one common theme - we are all Americans.
Our American heritage and way of life is under attack right here, right now, from an enemy within. America is in trouble and needs to be brought back to it's founding principles. There are many good activist websites, each operating independently, attempting to bring about these changes. Some are vetting new political candidates, others are seeking government policy changes on a whole host of issues. All these things are necessary and need to be done but are reactionary "defensive" tactics. Defense alone will not bring about all the changes needed to restore America.
There is a saying, "A good defense is a strong offense". Our goal is to implement a strong, offensive plan unified under a common banner for the people to rally around - a plan based on solid constitutional principles, educating voters about the problems AND the solutions for the problems.
"A house divided will not stand". It's time to forget the parties, the politics, and all the petty issues that divide us - for the time being. A people at odds with each other are easily defeated. We must ALL come together as a UNITED people.
